H1N1 Flu Shots

Public Health Solutions will be providing H1N1 flu shots to all Crete Public School students. The free shots will be given on December 17th to middle/high school students and on December 18th to elementary students.

Parents must complete an H1N1 Consent form for each child receiving a shot.
