CPS Trust Awards $30,570.12 in Teacher Grants
This week, the CPS Trust Board awarded $30,570.12 in teacher grants to Crete Public Schools teachers and staff. Grants will be used to pay for items that enhance learning, but are not necessarily covered in the annual school budget.
Funded projects include: Multicultural Classroom, Listening Center, ELMO Doc Camera, Expanding Preschool Curriculum through Literature, Math Literature, I Can Build Stem Challenges, Epson Doc Camera, Conscious Discipline, Flexible Seating, Assistive Technology Library, Classroom Projector, Expanding Expression Tool Kit, World Drumming Class, Going Digital, Classroom Flexible Seating, One School One Book Wishtree, Using Morse Code to Transmit Information, LCD Boards for Student Engagement, Apple TV, Sensory Room, DC-21 Document Camera, Student Seating, Headphones, Aquatic Ecosystems, Projector/Cart, Enhancing the Math Classroom, Boardmarker v.6 Software, Project a Littler Light on the Situation, Artwork on Display, Bluetooth Speaker, Metal Bandsaw, ELL Band Instruments, Graphic Calculators, & Real Care Babies.

Elementary - 1st Grade Music Program Tuesday, March 26th 6:30 pm
Intermediate - 4th Grade Music Program Tuesday, May 7th 6:30 pm
Middle School - MS Choir Concert Thursday, May 2nd 7:30 pm
High School - HS Musical Saturday, March 16th 7:00 pm
