Mrs. Schwartz's, FACS and Foods Spring classes practiced, prepared and collaborated in teams with innovative recipes to put forth the best cupcakes they could produce. Final products were judged during C-Lunch by five volunteer teachers. The cupcakes were innovative and competition was fierce. Best Overall Cupcake was award to Captain Bailey and teammates Lydia, Miguel and Victor. This team will receive a DQ blizzard for their collaboration on a Spring Delight of a Lemon Cupcake with real lemon juice and zest, coupled with a Blueberry Buttercream featuring fresh blueberries.
