Sing Around Nebraska Festival 2010

The 2010 Sing Around Nebraska Festival Concert will be held on Saturday, February 20th at the Beatrice High School Hevelone Center for Performing Arts at 4:00pm. This concert is open to the public with admission of $3.00 for adults and children under 12 are free. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
Ten 5th grade students from Crete Elementary School were nominated by their music teacher, Mrs. Lenertz to attend the festival. The students are Keely, Bailey, Daniel, Ashley, Hope Haley, MacKinsey, Amanda & Piper. (not pictured) Ayla. These students will spend the day singing with 150 other 5th and 6th graders from surrounding schools, culminating in the 4:00pm performance. The Clinician for the festival is Therees Hibbard. The Festival is organized by the Nebraska Choral Directors Association to promote choral music for young singers throughout the state of Nebraska.
