You must be a resident in Saline County or enrolled in a high school in Saline County
Applications will be judged by the following basis: scholastic ability, other recommendations, activities other than school, need, evidence of plans to complete a degree.
3 typed letters of recommendation certifying character and leadership
Typed story, not less than 150 words, telling about yourself, your family, school and community activities.
