WHAT A GREAT DAY!

Through the past school year, the 8th-Grade Wellness Committee sold smoothies during Friday Fun Day with the goal of making enough money to purchase a smoothie machine and to take the entire 8th-grade class to Lincoln for an end-of-the-year field trip. The Wellness Committee met their goal and 8th graders had an “amazing, awesome, super-terrific” day at Champions Fun Center on May 14. "FreeFall", go-carts, and the arcade games seemed to be favorites, but students also had fun bowling and playing miniature golf. Thanks to all the parent trip sponsors and dessert makers. The day and lunch wouldn't have been the same without your efforts!

Once back at school, the school day ended with the 8th-Grade Funny Money Auction. Students were awarded Funny Money throughout the year and could bid via silent or live auction for a variety of items. Thanks to all the businesses and individuals who supported the auction with their donations!
