Healthy Meals

Children need healthy meals to learn. Crete Public Schools offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs Middle/High School $1.30, Elementary $1.10; lunch costs Middle/High School $2.10, Elementary $1.85. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. Reduced price is $ .30 for breakfast and $ .40 for lunch. Applications for free/reduced price meals are available in all of our school offices or the forms can be printed by clicking on the link below.
All meals served must meet meal patterns established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. However, if a child has been determined by a doctor to be disabled and the disability would prevent the child from eating the regular school meal, this school will make any substitutions prescribed by the doctor. If a substitution is needed, there will be no extra charge for the meal. If you believe your child needs substitutions because of disability, please get in touch with us for further information.
